How stiff the Apache's rudder pedal in real life?

Can any real Apache guy tell me how stiff is to move the Apache's pedal in real life so i can set a realistic damper setting

There may or may not be an original technical manual for the AH-64, that can or cannot be found online pretty easily. Maybe it mentions the control forces (if it does exist that is....).
