reported FCR 'Pie Slice' stops being drawn on the TSD after/during specific situations.

The FCR scan area on the TSD will erroneously not show or disappear if:

1. One TSD is zoomed out to 150km or greater, and on the other TSD the FCR scan area disappears.
2. If the TSD is zoomed at 150km or greater, and the TSD MAP mode is changed to SAT, which changes the map scale to 25km, the FCR scan area doesn't appear.
