Su-33 "Sea Dragon" campaign, mission 5, wingman crashes on takeoff

In mission 5 "Sweep" of the "Sea Dragon" campaign for the Flaming Cliffs Su-33, the wingman consistently crashes on takeoff.  I've attached a track file for this.
