Moxica Posted August 25 Posted August 25 I get these transparent shades, one for each eye. They're worse when looking to a bright background. Sometimes, looking at darker BG, they get a bit brighter. Wut is dat? (I replicated the artifact in photoshop, and it is a tad exaggerated, but they look just like that, except they are centered.) Solution Nodak Posted August 25 Solution Posted August 25 That is quadviews in action, fortunately you have options to adjust them or simply turn them off. 1 1

Gun Jam Posted Monday at 09:59 PM Posted Monday at 09:59 PM So SSAO on VS off looks the same to you? And yes it is 100% a QV issue. However I'm quite surprised that SSAO "on" made no change on your end.

I don’t think that is correct. I also have read this that SSAO solves it. But it does not. If SSAO has anything to do with it, it must be in in combination with something else that we don’t know what is. Weather and lighting conditions impact how visible it is. But it is there, SSAO On or Off doesn’t matter. SSAO off doesn’t matter and I hope that Eagle Dynamics and Pimax don’t believe that is the solution. Because then we will be stuck with the problem. Ever tried this: To add DLSS MFD clarity in DCS World, create or edit the autoexec.cfg file in your Saved Games/Config/ folder and add the line HUD_MFD_after_DLSS = true to prevent MFDs from blurring with DLSS enabled. And also, are sure you are running the right dlss version with the right profile? (k) 1 System 1: Intel I9 13900K, ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC, 32 GB RAM@6000Mhz. I couldn't be arsed to install all those 3rd party apps to set profile "K" (Is the dlss-swapper necessary, if I were to just put the dll in bin folder?) Moxica Posted 44 minutes ago Author Posted 44 minutes ago (edited) I disabled QV, enabled DLSS with the "HUD_MFD_after_DLSS = true" advice from Peedee. Looks good, and perfomance is pretty great. I can not, however, choose a spesific preset in the nVidia app, so I just went with "Latest" -Not sure about the F4 Maverick TV screen.. Kinda looks a bit mushy. Could be placebo.
