Yes, it's a known issue I can't resolve.

Al-Qaeda Mission
First of all, congratulations on this campaign, which has been captivating so far and seems quite realistic to me.

But...I'm now stuck in the Al-Qaida mission. After destroying the four warehouses, you have to target the convoy. Hawg1-1 does nothing and just circles around.
I was able to destroy the rear truck in the convoy, which also destroyed the lead vehicle that was stopped next to it. After that, Hawg1-1 announces “in hot” but continues to circle around!
Please look into this problem as it is blocking the rest of the mission and the campaign.

Finally, 

I tried the mission in “screen” mode instead of VR, and there was no problem. Hawg1-1 quickly attacked the convoy target. Surely it has nothing to do with VR, but still, it's a strange story!
In any case, the mission is complete, so it's okay with me.

I'll try it back in VR if I have the courage.

Yes, unfortunately, the AI is very capricious.

In this mission, you can destroy all targets for your leader – this will continue the mission.

I'm re-examining its behavior, but such AI actions are impossible to fix. It freezes while approaching the target. It's likely searching for a combat direction or waiting for the target to stop.

During testing, this issue occurred 2 out of 10 times.

Now, for the last mission (mission 12), after night AA refueling (phew!, it's complicated for me, but I manage to do it in several attempts 🙃), we head for Tango and orbit in the area with Hawg1-1. But no trigger is activated. I waited quite a while, but hawg1-1 continues to orbit, with no mission assignment...
I tried the mission twice with the same problem.

Yes, sir. I'm sorry you encountered this issue. It was already resolved in yesterday's DCS update. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/ 

It was related to an Apache that, for some reason, refused to take off from Al-Tanf. It was part of a task, so the triggers couldn't bypass it.

It's now fixed. Update and try again.

Hello, Sir!

I really am enjoying your work. I finished the original AH64 outpost campaign and it is one of my favorites!

I had no trouble with comms prior to this most recent update, but now in am on the second part of mission 2 but I am not receiving communications from anyone except my wingman despite following your recommended settings. Has anyone else had difficulty since this most recent update? I did a successful update and a slow repair afterwards. FXO and meta shader 2 files have been emptied

Big thanks, it works ! and I have finished this great campaign. Too short ! 🙂 Great job, I really appreciated it.

A lot of work went into all the missions, dialogues, suspense, and action.
And one last thing: this campaign forced me to perfect my Air to Air refueling technique! Unbelievable!

Hi There,

great campaign ! In the Night Desert mission, AI lead drops two ballute MK-82 AIR from 14k feet against the ZSU-23s (where player has two T-55s to kill).

They sail down in like 10 minutes, but halfway down, AI lead already reports targets destroyed.

Just sayin, if you can take a look at it. Dunno if it can be bad fuzing, or who knows what.

Still a great campaign !

This is Wingman, the leader is you.
Based on your description, the Colt 1-2 likely missed its target. And the safety trigger was triggered. Thank you, I'll test it and fix it.

No, I checked it using F6 weapon view, the MK-82s were released delayed/high drag instead of freefall, so the ballutes opened right after release at 14 000 feet. They were still "parachuting" halfway downwards in a very slow descent, when the "target hit" message came. So the wingman selected wrong delivery method.
