Low FPS on contention server

Hi.

 

I wondering why im having 95% of the time bad FPS on server like contention :

 

When i first spawn in, my FPS are generally capped at 120FPS which is great 
 

 

 

 

However short time after taking off, my FPS goes down to 40-60 FPs and averaging 40 FPS with my GPU at 30% usage. Then it will remain at 40-50 FPS until i leave the server ?

 

 

Any idea why ?

 

4K /DLSS Performance

RTX 3090 

13900KS

32Gb RAM

Currently on syria map as contention is on syria only until next rotation. havent tested on other map
