reported AG Radar Image sticking to crosshair in GMT and SEA mode

Currently the AG radar image is sticking to the crosshair when selecting 60 or 30 degrees azimuth scan in GMT and SEA mode. This is an issue that was previously fixed. It seems like the fix was only applied to GM mode or somewhere along the way it got reintroduced to GMT and SEA mode.
