reported Incorrect viewpoints in Stock Su-25 Campaign

Mission 02 (Target Range 101) in stock Campaign Avalanche features target introduction upon mission start. The scripted external view is expected to zoom in from a static view point up high and towards each of the target. But the current version is now zooming in from a view point very close to the ground, near a SA-19 vehicle, which end up looking deep into different patches of grass field.
