aoa limiter Can someone explain this behaviour? (Pitch oscillations)

In the video I'm holding constant back pressure on the stick - the movement you see is not mine. I haven't touched any AP/Damper settings, so why is the plane doing this?

Go to external view while it is happening, and you can see why

The AOA limiter well move the stabilizer 2 or 15 degrees down depending on speed. When you are more then 2 degrees below limit the AOA limiter will shut off.
