Mission 2 - Bomb wont drop

Hi there,

first of all this campaign is fantastic, as the other two I played for spit and f16.

 

 

In mission 2 I cannot find a way to drop bombs. Everything seems fine, I tried the procedure in other test missions where I am able to drop the bombs. Is there maibe something I am missing specific for this campaign?

Im playing whit DCS 2.9.20.15384 - 24.09.2025.

I just played that mission yesterday and dropped just fine. Arm both pylons (switches down) and select "both" on the armament selector (down and left), then press the pickle button.

Make sure the pickle button is NOT assigned to the spacebar, the spacebar is reserved for user input by DCS.

Also, to be sure, remove all unofficial mods and run a slow repair.

No way, even after deep repair.

But I noticed that at the beginning of the mission I am able to drop the bombs. When I reach the France, using time-accelleration functionality, bombs wont drop.

Another things happens: randomly around target zone the engine shoot down, even if I fly with continuous parameters, temperatures are in range and fuel tanks are correctly handled.

I suppose that the problem is related to time-accelleration.

When I have enought time I will try to play the mission in real time.

It's 100% not mission related. None of this is programmed into the mission (it's not even possible). I have no idea what's going on. Are you sure you don't have any unofficial mods?

Yes no other mods, 

as you confirmed that it is not mission related I mark as solved, I will continue to investigate and let you know what it is (if can be useful).
