need track replay Graphics issue after current update

  See attached shots.  Cloudy sky looks like this everywhere.  Same with the water textures at sea level.  Day time looks correct. This is from the Persian Gulf map.
All game settings are the same as before the update, no mods applied, FHO and metashaders folders deleted.

  Ideas?  Unplayable as is.
