Arctic Posted Saturday at 11:44 PM Posted Saturday at 11:44 PM Rick Mave posted that it looks like the Sprendlingen Highway strip - "Autobahn-Notlandeplatz Sprendlingen". And indeed it does!
dave76 Posted Sunday at 11:06 AM Author Posted Sunday at 11:06 AM (edited) can be around N 49.36 E08.00 or some coord nearby sud of Mainz? Edited Sunday at 11:23 AM by dave76
Arctic Posted Sunday at 11:52 AM Posted Sunday at 11:52 AM (edited) Its here: N 49.88, E 07.95 https://maps.app.goo.gl/a7G2kmKRWksehhwL7 Unfortunately, the highway is too narrow compared to reality—especially the central area where the guardrails have been removed, but also the hard shoulders are too narrow. This is particularly true for an emergency landing site, but it also applies in general to most of the Autobahn-network that we have on the map so far... Perhaps Ugra Media will revise this... It still looks great, though! drPhibes Posted yesterday at 05:26 PM Posted yesterday at 05:26 PM 49.88° is 49.88°, not 49° 88'. The same goes for 7.95°.
Bremspropeller Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago And make the F-5 have access to mobile air or whatever it takes to start off-airport. 1 So ein Feuerball, JUNGE!
