Rick Mave posted that it looks like the Sprendlingen Highway strip - "Autobahn-Notlandeplatz Sprendlingen". And indeed it does!

Unfortunately, the highway is too narrow compared to reality—especially the central area where the guardrails have been removed, but also the hard shoulders are too narrow. 
This is particularly true for an emergency landing site, but it also applies in general to most of the Autobahn-network that we have on the map so far...
Perhaps Ugra Media will revise this... It still looks great, though!

Those are decimal degrees, not degrees, minutes and seconds.

well, the f16 does not accept if i enter n49.88 and then decimals.....i have to change it again.....but no prob

but how can be minutes be more than 60 aniway? correct me if i am wrong....

49.88° is 49.88°, not 49° 88'. The same goes for 7.95°.
