resolved DCS not booting from desktop

Haven't seen my exact scenario I've been having on a thread here so I'm on to my last resort.

Upon launching DCS from desktop, the loading screen pops up for about 2 minutes and then just disappears and does not launch. Can't even get to the main menu. No error messages or anything. I've updated just about everything I can from DCS to graphic drivers to windows firmware and tried several methods from other threads but still no change.

Hi, 

if DCS is starting there will be a dcs log, please attach it here. 

you can find it in saved games dcs logs folder, a text file just called dcs. 

We should see some clues.
