CI and SI 180 degrees off heading?

Hello!

I have flown the AJS 37 Viggen on the Kola map. (Single player)

I started in the air and so far so good.

When I landed at Vidsel everything was fine until I came to the second half of the runway.

After passing the middle of Vidsel runway, my compass and SI (HUD) indication turned almost 180 degrees!?

I landed with "skedesväljaren" in "LANDNING/PO" and had landingclearance for visual landing at rwy 11 from ATC. 

At final approach, heading on the compass was fine, also on touchdown but after a while the heading changed almost 180 degrees!?

 

Perhaps I have done something wrong? I do not know?

 

I have attached a couple of screenshots taken during landing. 

 

Yesterday, 2025-11-05, I tried the AJS 37 on the Sinai map ant the same issue is there also.

My system specs:

Intel i5 Cofeelake 12400F, 64GB RAM, Nvidia Geforce GTX 4070 12GB, 2TB SSD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Virpil combat pedals, AOC 27" HD gaming monitor.

I've had something similar on both the Kola and Germany map.

Cold start, power aircraft up, 9099, and my heading is 180 degrees out.

I'm hoping that it's just me being a muppet.

I found what appears to be a workaround elsewhere.

There's a comment that if clearing the FXO and Metashader folders in Saved Games doesn't work, to ensure that you do NOT have Mavs loaded on the aircraft during a cold start.

That solved it for me until my aircraft had finished aligning, then it promptly broke again.

New bug introduced with the last update.
Changing the KURSKORR knob a little and then back again will fix it (in all cases I've seen it happen).

Ooooh, that worked.

Lol, spoke too soon (again).  Worked until take-off, at which point it was back to 180 degrees out again.

Pah.
