CaptainCaleb Posted Thursday at 05:32 AM Posted Thursday at 05:32 AM (edited) Hello everyone! I am a 12-year-old student pilot living in NZ. I train in a Cessna 152. I got into DCS about 5 months ago! So far I have been focused on learning the F/A-18C and have learned Air-to-Air but are having some 'trouble' learning Air-to-Ground . So I'll be eager to learn lots along the way!!! CaptainCaleb Posted Thursday at 11:39 PM Author Posted Thursday at 11:39 PM I forgot to say that I've learned Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground in the f-16C as well as completely learning the F-15C. I own a T-16000 stick and throttle HOTAS setup as well. 3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep, to gain what he cannot lose - Jim Elliot Prove me wrong - Charlie Kirk

Dragon1-1 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Better plan on getting a high paying job, as soon as you can afford it, your home cockpit will be worth about as much as that Cessna. It might seem like you're fine with a T16000M, but it turns out that once you have the dough, a high dollar setup is hard to resist. 2

Money gives you more options but having it does not mean I go all in. I refuse to pay for 5090 or $500 stick even if I can afford it. 2 Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 MiG-29A F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria

Well I've spent 1000$ (that me and my brother won for winning #1st in an international aircraft design competition) on a home Cessna 172 cockpit already (using X-Plane) with Honey Comb yoke, Cessna rudder pedals, and I made a cockpit panel and sim frame. And Dad gave me the screens and computer. So I had 130 NZD to spend on my first HOTAS. Once I get a job I will look at upgrading. 12 hours ago, MAXsenna said: Can't go against that advise!
