reported Skins not changing in multiplayer

I've seen on more than one occasion now where I'll pick a skin in multiplayer and it reverts to default and doesn't show the list of skins in the dropdown menu - it only shows "Item1" and no others. I've included a track. Hope this helps.

The first screen is what I picked initially, then the second is what shows when I load in. I tried to get a screenshot of the rearm and refuel page but it doesn't do it for some reason, so that's why its only of the jet external view.
