Either with this release or in the future will we get the PAD and Sniper Pod?

The same upgrade that brought the PAD and Sniper Pod also brought the APG-63(V)3 AESA radar to the Eagle, so it would be impossible since we have no info on that radar whatsoever

No, check the FAQ:

PAD is way newer addition than what we gonna get.
