Kola Map - Murmansk International - Mi-8TV - Radio Issues

The radio behavior in the Mi-8TV at Murmansk International appears to be broken. Contacting the tower using the Jadro-1A the published frequency resulted in a looped Hold Position response and then unresponsiveness. I couldn't hear the 440 KHz AM transmission from a placed vehicle either. All of this works fine in the same file now that I moved all the units to Severomorsk 1. Something in the airport logic may be broken. I've invested half a day in this and gone so far as a hard reboot of my computer. I made a new from scratch file and the issues were duplicated. I'm running full updated Windows 11, fully updated DCS, and Fully updated SRS.

I couldn't find any Kola Map forum in which to report this issue.
