Luse Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 My X36 as I found out today, is not recognized by Vista, It was working great last night. Been using it since I bought it a week ago, Why by the older stick, Its smoother than the newer ones :smilewink: Does anybody Have any ideas, I have tried system restore, un plugging and re-booting, and nothing. -Luse STT Radar issue is leftover code.
CyBerkut Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 You might want to look at your Vista OS updates log. It may be that a recent update hosed you. If so, you could look for different drivers to try, or roll back the OS update to the previous configuration. With a HOTAS that old, you should probably keep in mind that it is living on borrowed time. Even if the stick, etc. holds up, you are in danger of it dropping off of the 'supported devices' list eventually. Good luck! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] There's no place like 127.0.0.1
Luse Posted November 4, 2009 Author Posted November 4, 2009 Thanks CyBerkut, I have looked at the log and System restored, to at least 2 days before it stopped working, No avail. STT Radar issue is leftover code.
CyBerkut Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Bummer. Do you have another computer that you can try it with? Since the OS rollback didn't do the trick, I'm wondering if the X-36's electronics took a dump... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] There's no place like 127.0.0.1
