When entering the pit after hitting Pause/Break, the BS is in one of two states:

1) Running and ready for liftoff;

2) Cold and requires manual start.

A unique difference that I cannot figure out is when I come into the pit with the BS running, the PVI has the waypoints entered for the mission and I can use that info to see distance to next wp (click lower right button on PVI panel). However, when I do manual startup, I can never get the PVI to have those waypoints in place. I have searched the threads and have seen some related discussion, but nothing specific to this point given running BS vs cold BS.

Anyone have a suggestion how I can get the PVI to look like it does when coming into a running and ready to fly BS?

thx!

Did you switch the PVI to "operate mode"?

Are you doing a manual stratup via "button click or Leftwin+home"

the leftwin+home startup will bring your PVI online then it is a matter of choosing the WPT you want to head to by hittin WPT then the corosponding number. if unsure which one you want, Hit the SUSP in Nav mode and cycle through them. Hit NAV again to return to default view and then WPT +what ever point you want to head to.

I think i have that right??

if you are doing the startup al by yourself then ensure PVI is in oper mode as indicated above and wait for the elec to accummulate as per the Ekran.
