Feuerfalke Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 The stick was not even officially announced, so no, no price set. All we have is an animated add, that's all - and IMHO you've still got a lot paydays until it's going to be released. AFAIK the X-65F is 399 USD. I doubt that TM will go much higher. Even hardcore simmers have a pain threshold. HitchHikingFlatlander Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Sorry forgot to add [/sarcasm] tags to my post. I know its been highly speculated though. I'll pay $400 if it's a quality product but that's me! http://dcs-mercenaries.com/ USA Squad

Agreed. Though I got to admit that the Cougar in it's original setup was not worth that price. Scudslaker Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 yes, that is the fact i meant with my upper post. it´s not worth the money, although if you modd to force sensing grip, it s about 600€ total price for the HOTAS and in my eyes not worth the money..as it s getting more and more real.. but does anyone know, what the material of the grips in RL A10 is? is it resin or aluminium like material? HitchHikingFlatlander Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 I think its better to wait and see. I won't jump up and down until I see good reviews but given theres a bit more to this HOTAS than the cougar it's worth the benefit of doubt. Plus with the G940 and X65F out whats a little more money to spend? I think it's not budget simmers these products go after but the guys who build simpits and drop loads of cash. I'm a budget simmer but that doesn't mean I can't save cash in the piggy bank! http://dcs-mercenaries.com/ USA Squad

HitchHikingFlatlander Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 Already have, I was just using it as an example since both are in relatively the same price range. I agree though, based on user reviews the G940 isn't worth a mention. http://dcs-mercenaries.com/ USA Squad
