'Test' of G15 profile sems to work. Very simple macro or assignment is '\' key to bring up communications > nothing happens When assigning '6''7''8' to G15 function keys for ABRIS turn knob, I hear clicking, but no turning Just installed Ligitech 3.04 drivers without error Anyone knows whats going on? Eltra Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Did you enable to record the pauses between the different keys? I had the effect, that without pauses, the sequence during playback of the macros seemed to be to fast for BS to evaluate them properly. :smartass:

Splinter's profile works BUT My Radio Communications \ Communication menu <-- works all these with 'LWin' dont work: E - LWin Flight - Complete mission and RTB R - LWin Flight - Complete mission and rejoin T-LWin Toggle formation Y - LWin Join up formation Q-LWin Attack my target W - LWin Cover me G - LWin Flight- Attack ground targets D - LWin Flight - Attack air defenses G15<>DCS just skips the 'LWin' f.i. G - LWin Flight- Attack ground targets / makes the gear go down LWin doesnt work?? I'll just reassign them? thx, mt | VR goggles | Autopilot panel | Headtracker | TM HOTAS | G920 HOTAS | MS FFB 2 | Throttle Quadrants | 8600K | GTX 1080 | 64GB RAM| Win 10 x64 | Voicerecognition | 50" UHD TV monitor | 40" 1080p TV monitor | 2x 24" 1080p side monitors | 24" 1080p touchscreen |
majapahit Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 (edited) actually Attack Air Defences = D - LWin BUT when I 'test' the profile it shows 'Gx' (key) DOWN UP then 'D' DOWN UP that's not right it should be: 'Gx' DOWN 'LWin' DOWN 'D' DOWN 'D' UP 'LWIN' UP 'Gx' UP (Windows key is ON, and shows in Recording) no 'LWin'? wrong order?? ??? EDIT: when I look at the xml in the profile file, I DO see the LWin key ("LGUI") AND the right order so something is terribly wrong ?? Panzertard Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Not that I use the same software - but Saiteks profiler and "Test Profile" tends to show the wrong results due to keyboard layouts. But ingame within DCS it works correct. Maybe you're seeing some of the same effects? The mind is like a parachute. It only works when it's open | The important thing is not to stop questioning
majapahit Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 (edited) Saiteks .. "Test Profile" tends to show the wrong results due to keyboard layouts. I'm testing with Logitech's "Test Profile' from Logitech G-series Key Profiler, v 3.04 x64 and when that's not working .. my guess is, a workaround might be possible by writing a Lua script, instead of using a macro. But I have no idea where to start  then again, it should just work as is shown in the .lgp file's xml Edited January 12, 2010 by majapahit | VR goggles | Autopilot panel | Headtracker | TM HOTAS | G920 HOTAS | MS FFB 2 | Throttle Quadrants | 8600K | GTX 1080 | 64GB RAM| Win 10 x64 | Voicerecognition | 50" UHD TV monitor | 40" 1080p TV monitor | 2x 24" 1080p side monitors | 24" 1080p touchscreen |
