Hi, here's a stupid question for you, how can you set up a server to play a multiplayer campaign. I have hosted several multiplayer missions and that works really well. However I downloaded the Dogs of War' campaign. But for the life of me I can't see how to select the campaign in the multiplayer interface, you only get the option to select missions.

I assume there is not branching dependant on mission success/failure in multiplayer missions, Anyone...

Cheers

Tom

Online campaigns would show up as individual missions rather than just a single campaign file. They would work from either selecting whichever mission you wanted to play or they might have a built in system to automatically load the next mission whenever the one you are on is completed.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

As far as i understand Black shark does not currently have any type of Dynamic Campaign Generator system for multiplayer. Personally I think this would be an absolute Blast if it could come to fruition. To be honest though, I am not even sure if the current server tools we have such as ServMan can support this kind of development.

Hopefully it is on the docket somewhere... they are busy with many other developments at the moment though so I would presume (without any supportive reason) that such a server side tool would have to come from the MOD community - like IL2 ...

any takers out there?:music_whistling:
