As the title says i was wondering, why it is not possible to take the tripple loadout for D Variant while it is possible to put 3x AGM-65K under each wing.

I thought the K Variant is even heavier than the D ( infrared ) because it has a bigger warhead. As far as i know the size of both types of AGM-65 are the same.

Can anyone tell the reason for that ?

Is it possible to override that setup ?

There was a tool in Lock On that enabled individual loadouts ( LOPE = Lock On Pylon Editor ) . Is it compatible to FC 2 ?

best regards,

Three AGM-65D on a LAU-88 can be done reality, but it most often not due to weight. I have asked the team to add a 3xAGM-65D option, but no promises.

Given we don't have AGM-65H in Lock On, we allowed the AGM-65K to be loaded three to an LAU-88. This was a gameplay concession. If the mission designer wishes, they of course can only put a single K per station. I think all of the default MP A-10 loads only allow a single K.

I believe all of the A-10A camp missions are two Ds on 3 and 9.

In A-10C you'll get D, G, H, and K.
