FC2 A10 'Autopilot - Radar Altitude Hold' switches OFF?

the autopilot is somewhat haphazard?

 

4 - LAlt Autopilot - Barometric Altitude Hold

5 - LAlt Autopilot - Radar Altitude Hold

 

both switch my Autopilot mode Off when On

while <5 - LAlt> really should switch to <terrain following>

when AP is Off, pressing <5 - LAlt> switches HUD to ALT HLD (sometimes?!)

but pressing <A> first switches HUD to <BARO> 2nd press swtches AP On and to <PATH HLD>

 

and <A> defaults to PATH HLD and seems to be <6 - LAlt Autopilot - 'Route following'> and keeps predifined Altitude and does a full auto vector to the ILS inc. autothrottle and APP on the ILS (no gear down, no flaps, no AP disconnect)

which rather belongs in 'arcade' mode only?

<5 - LAlt>

really mess up

there is no <radar altitude> following? or what am I missing?
