Hi,

I've been having this issue for many months. Long story short, I bought DCS BS directly from the site the moment the English version came out. Turned out that my computer at the time just wasn't good enough for a nice DCS experience so I stopped playing.

 

In the meantime I've gotten new hardware with fresh windows install etc and wanted to re-download my DCS BS copy, but I forgot my password. I've tried the 'forgot password' link and it says it sent my credentials to my email address. But I never get an email (yes checked junk mail etc too).

 

This has been going on for months. I've emailed all the contacts available on the site in succession with no response. My last hope is that someone from the Team see's my post here and can fix whatever the issue is.

 

It's frustrating having paid 50 bucks at the time for software I can't get to, nor get a response on from any of the contacts listed.

 

Can anyone help?

When you bought it, did you recieve a mail about the transaction? usually from protx.com

 

If you didn't, then perhaps you just wrote a wrong email when you registered. Try to post in http://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=63

Anyone? Does the password reset feature work for anyone else? Does anyone know who else I could email or contact about this?

Still no reply or acknowledgement

 

Well it's been over a week since I emailed them and I've not heard a response. Is there another email I can try? Am I the only one having such a hard time getting in touch with anyone from the team?

I just realized Const is part of the ED team.

Const, thanks for the suggestion, but I haven't heard back from anyone. My issue is really simple, I just need a password reset email sent out to my account, dazam at socal dot rr dot com.

Common ED team, anyone?

I paid 50 bucks for this software and have been REALLY patient. It's been months since my first email. It's very worrisome that every single email contact I've tried so far that are listed on the websites as well as the ones I was suggested to email here, have left me with absolutely no response or acknowledgement.

 

Please someone help me out with this or suggest an email address where there's someone at the other end that will actually respond.

On April 15 we answered your email sent to webmaster@lockon.ru on April 10. Unfortunately, only one your email has reached us.

 

Such big delay with answer was due to a huge number of support requests after realease of FC2. Please accept my apologies for the delay.

 

I've sent you a copy of the answer via PM.

 

PS

Password reset function on the web sites does work.

Hi Tez,

Thank you very much for your reply and the PM. For some reason I never got an email in response to the one i sent to webmaster@lockon.ru (checked all folders). I also still don't get emails from the password reset feature on the site. I did however get the email that told me I had a new PM from webmaster@eagle.ru.

 

The PM had the info I needed. Thanks for your help.
