Whats next?

OK, so now I have finished the A-10 and Su-25T missions and flown quite a lot online with the Su-25T and had a blast with it :) I did some online flying with the A-10 as well but because of the weapons change bug I will go back and redo all missions and online play after the patch has been released, if it fixes the problem. I’m going to start the jet missions, but with what aircraft? In FC1.12 I flew a lot with F-15 and found that experience awesome but I had a lot of game CTD with 1.12 so I gave that up and went for Ka-50 for a while. I really like the F-15 and its radar system along with the missiles. I have no experience with the Russian jets but have been shot down by them online in FC1.12 without a warning :P What do you think, Russian Su-33, MiG-29C or finish the F-15C missions first? I will eventually finish all aircrafts and missions but will use this great SIM for months and months to come. :D

I'd suggest you start with the mig to teach yourself how to be efficient with limited missile payload and mostly limited fuel and last but not least, limited radar detection/acquisition range :) Better yet, start with the 29A to get your hands on SARH fights in this bird. After you've done that, flying the MiG-29S with ARH missiles and the Su-27 with the R-27ER/ETs will be much much easier and rewarding experience :)

Maybe go MiG-29A, Su-27/33, MiG-29S. That way you learn to manage fuel first, employ SARH and heaters next and finally play with the advantages of ARH.

 

It will be interesting where you'll end up with. Yes, the 29S has ARH, but the Flankers go for the duration :D

Only 6 small missions for MiG-29 in FC2 :( Anyone making new single player, co-op or multiplayer missions for MiG-29? I see there are some missions in FC 1.12b but I had so much problems with the earlier FC versions I gave them up, maybe give it a try again ;) . Someone converting any missions?

 

PS! Will be online sunday as an easy MiG 29 target :D

All I do is slap my own missions together. One can alter the missions easily because the vehicles on the road can be snapped to different locations. Even after I may take a nose-dive it is neat to see how the conflict turns out.
