yes is big different and mig-29 dont need it

and, mig-35 must be got some other aerodynamic, more stable(statical) forexample

and as i talk befor, planers of mig-29 and su-27 haveno chanse use tail brake on big or midl angle of atack, they much unstable for this, and in real life this tailflaps pretty could be retract unsyncronical, and as i sad, bottom flaps on some angle shading by gear, by midship section - by specifical of mig-29's aerodynamic

so mig-35 maybe use it just cause this more stable statical, as i say, i dont know who now construct it and what conception is used, for this, cause mig-35 is not in game what i play:)
