71st_Mastiff Posted June 10, 2010 Author Posted June 10, 2010 Just for clarification, did these get deducted through trying (and failing) to launch the single-player, or through opening multiplayer? Don't worry though, if and when you run out completely you can contact support at activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com and get a "refill". Please ensure that you include a proof of purchase - either account name/serial number/transaction number from digitalcombatsimulator.com, D2D or other proof of purchase for a boxed version.'' when I opend the Single player. the MP didn't have any issues. EtherealN Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Could you please do the following: Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the Search box, type Event Viewer, and then, in the list of results, double-click Event Viewer. In the Event Viewer expand Windows Logs on the left to see Application table. Right-click on Application item and select Find, enter there launcher.exe and hit Find next. If it finds a record switch to Details tab (below the records list) and select XML View. Right-click inside the details field and hit Select all. Next right-click the selected text and select Copy. Now put the copied text into email message body by right-clicking inside the message and selecting Paste. If you could copy one of the recent ones for launcher as well as simulator.exe that relate to this that would be sweet.
