GlobalAviator Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 I just added some hardware to my pc so I had to reinstall windows7 and FC2. Since reinstallation, the wheel on the back of the throotle no longer zooms in and out as it did before (did not tune it manually, the funcion was set to the scroll wheel automatically before). Now I am only able to tune it to the thumb wheel. How can i assign the scrool wheel on the throttle as the zoom function in FC2? Thanks in advance.
RaoulDuke1980 Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 i have an x52, and as far as i'm aware the tuning for the scroll on the throttle is MOUSE_Z. so go to axis commands, double click zoom, and in the drop down box select mouse_z, should fix it "Eject eject eject! Say goodbye, a**hole." "Eject eject eject! Goodbye, a**hole!" :megalol: i7 980x, Corsair H70, Asus Rampage 3 Extreme, 6Gb Corsair Dominator GT, 2x 6990 Crossfire, OCZ Vertex II 60Gb, 2x WD Caviar Black 1Tb, X-Fi Fatal1ty PCI, G19, Roccat Kone+, HOTAS Warthog, TrackIR 5 + Trackclip Pro
TeeJay82 Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 I used the slider on my throttle for zooming (x52pro)for much faster zooming.. i recommend you try it out :)
Sarge55 Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 What TeeJay82 said.... works great for me too and very handy. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7 10700K OC 5.1GHZ / 500GB SSD & 1TB M:2 & 4TB HDD / MSI Gaming MB / GTX 1080 / 32GB RAM / Win 10 / TrackIR 4 Pro / CH Pedals / TM Warthog
GlobalAviator Posted August 20, 2010 Author Posted August 20, 2010 Thanks Raoul, got it working. I had to reinstall the saitek drivers and then mapped it in game. TeeJay, Surge, definitely better with the zoom on the slider especially in the su-27 when I need to quickly zoom in on the the stopwatch during an f-pole. Thanks
