Why no recruitment forum?

With all the integration occuring between the FC2 title and DCS - why is there no recruitment forum here to allow players a venue to seek squads or allow squads the ability to actively recruit.

 

A squad directory is fine and all but goes little by way of indicating which squads are actually active or actively seeking members.

 

Other flight sim titles i play seem to employ a squad recruitment forum with great success.

The problem is many of the squads int he squad directory are either defunct, gone or invite only... With a sub forum, only those squads whom are actively bumping their own recruitment threads would be considered active.

Why not start a thread and update it? I know some squads are recruiting right now. Just not very vocal about it.

i am under the impression we cannot actively recruit on the ED boards... am i wrong on that?
