VMFA117_Poko Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Two Greek military F-16 jet fighters collided with each other in mid-air off the southwestern coast of Crete island in southern Greece on Thursday noon, according to the Defense Ministry. According to initial information, there were three crew members on board the two F-16s which had taken off from a military base in Crete. One of the pilots managed to use the emergency eject system and was found by a Greek ship. A search for the other two pilots is under way in the area.Latest news – only one pilot left to be found.

sungsam Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 Just only to restore reality! - All pilots found. - One collected dead from sea. - The 2 others were rapidly medicated. - 1 of 2 left the hospital after some days with only a broken Leg. - The other one, had sustained multiple brakes on chest, his injuries were very severe. - After multiple surgery operations, and aprox 2 weeks later, he finally passed out. 1 DCS F16C 52+ w JHMCS !
