Hey,

 

Is there map coords converter from example game's map:

 

42 22 33

41 57 07

 

to ME map:

0.66687468

-0.776464986

 

and vice versa?

 

How is that calculated?

This is probably done in some of the LUA scripts that the editor uses. Check the BlackShark/modules/ folder to see if any of the files do coordinate conversions. I will try to look into it myself later today.

Don't the ME and the game use different projections making the conversion some complex functions? Heck even the game itself doesn't get it right as a INU update point over a bridge shows up 100m away when you load.

I noticed it too. I can't set precise waypoint.
