Last F1 race sim i've played was GrandPrix2 (go figure). After that quite a lot of Nascar 2003. Last racesim was/is GTR2.

Just got F1 2011 now.

Can't say i'm thrilled atm. Graphics are quite good (compared to what i have been racing), smooth gameplay, acceptable FPS on above average settings, high FPS on time trials. Still haven't had a single crash... (game crash that is...).

Have been quite busy to find a good setup for my racing wheel (an old M$ SideWinder FF wheel which stills works fine) but up until now i haven't found one which i'm pleased with. Stearing linearity sucks big time.

Unlike in my other race sims, i don't "feel" the car and for the moment i can't predict on how it will react to steering input going in and certainly not when coming out of a corner, not even at slow to very slow speeds. Impossible to race that way.

Good wheel settings are crucial for proper handling feel. For my G25 I set all positions to 0% in advanced settings and profiler to 270 degrees of rotation.

and profiler to 270 degrees of rotation.

Now where the hell do you find that?

Or is this profiler to be found in the control software of the G25 (in that case i don't have that with the M$ Wheel).

Win11 Pro 64-bit, Ryzen 5800X3D, Corsair H115i, Gigabyte X570S UD, EVGA 3080Ti XC3 Ultra 12GB, 64 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3600. Monitors: LG 27GL850-B27 2560x1440 + Samsung SyncMaster 2443 1920x1200, HOTAS: Warthog with Virpil WarBRD base, MFG Crosswind pedals, TrackIR4, Rift-S, Elgato Streamdeck XL.

Personal Wish List: A6 Intruder, Vietnam theater, decent ATC module, better VR performance!

So you already have it by default. Yes, indeed. I set 270 degrees of rotation out of game - in Logitech profiler. I wasn't sure if your M$ wheel can be set with higher degrees of rotation.
