sida Posted May 16, 2005 Posted May 16, 2005 What a silly, and pointless thread. Just like your reply to it? XP64 is finally out after 1/2 year delay at least. Lots of people have been waiting for the last 2 years to use their AMD CPUs up to their full potencial. There is a lot of good info already in this short thread about Lockon, SF and TIR in XP64 enviroment, and SF doesn't even get as much bashing as I expected.
sida Posted May 16, 2005 Posted May 16, 2005 Windows WP64 is still in beta stage which means that SF will not even bother to develop the driver for it. However ED will not have to recompile the exe for the game. 64 bits sytem can still use 32 bits adressing program. 504MrWolf Posted May 18, 2005 Posted May 18, 2005 Saitek doesnt have 64bit drivers. TIR2 doesnt have 64bit drivers. Cant use Win64 yet. And couldnt you just install the 64bit SF drivers to get it to work?
