I got LOP a week ago and still need to get my joystick working with this. There are at least 3-6 buttons it refuses to let me assign a key to my T-flight Hotas X. Anyone have a key map I can download for the A-10, SU-25, and the SU-27, or a fix?

If you are saying in the sim you highlight a function to assign, then press the key on your T-flight Hotas X and it does nothing...

Check in the Windows Joystick applet to make sure all your buttons are working there. If they are not, they won't work in the sim. If they are not maybe your T-flight Hotas X is malfunctioning.

Another suggestion would be if your T-flight Hotas X has profiling software to let you assign keyboard keystrokes, try programming it that way. Ex. Joystick button 1 = Spacebar.

You requested in a wrong section buddy. keep it out in general. Ah! but I can't help you I don't use that stick.

It actually is in the right place because it only doesn't let me assign these buttons in this game only, it works in all of my other games fine.

@Crunch: see above, no programming software, and what is windows joystick applet?

Windows joystick applet = The app in your control panel. There you can see if your joystick is working correctly and calibrate it if you want.

With the x52 pro I use a trick to fool DCS/FC2 into seeing more buttons.

http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=41108

- Keep the control panel applet for Game Device open.

- Keep the Properties for the stick open so you can see all the input / actions from the stick.

This way DCS/FC2 will see more of the buttons.

I am not getting the X-52 for more buttons, I want it for better joystick response and better design.

I was suggesting you could try the same trick with your old stick - perhaps it responds to the same trick. ;)
