x52 throttle problems

hello fellas having some dramas with my x52 it regognises the throttle in the training missions but on camp or missions it somhow gets confused and puts the thumb slider on the throttle as the throttle this ****s everything up as it wont let me start the jet fustrating is not the word please say some one knows how to rectify this cheers lenny

Make sure you are not in "Game" mode when you go into the regular missions or a campaign.

 

Have you checked the axis assignments in the Options?

Have you cleared all the axis commands before assigning controls to the various axis' and buttons. The sim will try to auto assign buttons and axis' but the don't always work right and if you forget to clear the commands before you set up your own they will interfere. This was a common issue in Black Shark too.
