Joe Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 (edited) Hey guys the over sensitive slew issue is also on the CH pro throttle. Hopefully ED can turn the analogue slew down a bit in future betas. And if it doesn't happen, a bit of T.A.R.G.E.T. scripting can set up a flag to keep track of the sensor zoom level and adjust the slew axes response on-the-fly to manage things. CrashEd Posted October 29, 2010 Author Posted October 29, 2010 (edited) The problem is that the cursor slew is absolutely fine in any other scenario (TAD, HUD,TGP zoomed out) other than when the TGP is zoomed in. So, if you adjust the slew speed via the Status page/UFC then it will effect the speed everywhere. Similarly, if you adjust the curve in the controller setup then it will effect everything. To fix it in Target, Target would have to track the zoom level somehow in order to make it less sensitive whist zoomed in. Not sure how you'd tackle that one, but I bet it could be done. (Edit> what Joe said lol ;)) Just to reiterate, bug exists (too sensitive) only when the TGP is zoomed in. Lets hope it gets fixed in the next beta. Edited October 29, 2010 by CrashEd

Mcfd slew change for microstick still wip This tm hog throttle is very very strange. I mean the cougars was moulded to your hand. This is just..... Industrial! Haven't run any kind of calibration yet, just plugged it in... Might also try knocking the THR slew rate down in the status page. yeah i tried using it as pipper slew and the slightest touch sent the pipper flying all over the place, so i unmapped the default mic hat and used that for slew instead.
