Nice work! I was playing around the ME today...Sent three b52 to carpet bomb an airport...hehe, it was really fun watching some 140 bombs creep from one end of the taxi way to the other. I had a flight of f16s to take out the runway, but they decided it was more fun to just circle waypoint 1 instead :(

That got me thinking about vehicle parking. I put a few ground units around the taxiways and let them 'catch' some of the bombs. Secondary explosions are fun too!

I'd like to see a pdf of all the units in the sim. Trying to make missions when you know nothing about most of these units is rough. The built in encyclopedia is a nice start, but it doesn't contain enough info, imo.

Here's a map of the available Beta2 parking spaces for the Sochi-Adler International Airport. Note that three of them are instant death if you start in them. :) Hope this is helpful to someone:

If you plan to make this map available for all the airports, and make it printable PDF, then you'll make my day

Is there ANY system in the sort order of the numbers? :D

Some, but not much. All numbers that are off by 1 or 2 are generally parking spaces close to each other, if not next to each other. A bigger difference in the numbers is a slightly different area. I'd almost want to say that the numbers are based off of major taxi paths.

kinda offtopic: Is there any way of knowing which side owns the aifrield?

While in the simulation you can use F11 to cycle through each airbase. Next to the airbase name it will have colored flag; red, blue, or gray. The color states which coalition the base belongs to. Units govern airbase ownership. So if you place a single blue coalition infantry guy at Maykop the airbase will belong to blue at mission start. Ownership can change if all ground forces within the area around the base die and friendly ground forces move close enough to capture it.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
