Where are the wave guide settings!!!

Well sometimes I guess I get just too overzelous. LOL

 

I was really just beginning to really start to dig into Rich's new voice over training missions for the F-15....

 

But first I wanted to install asromzec's smooth canopy and hud frame mod with loman....

 

This actually did work rather well but I sometimes can't leave well enough alone and found another mod on Check Six.....

 

Archer's F-15 full cockpit mod sounded awsome and I decided to use this one as well......

 

For some reason this isn't compatable with my system, whether it doesn't work with version 1.1 or whatever but anyway the F-15 graphic file became corrupted and caused me to reinstall the Lock on simulator in its entirety.....

 

This did get me a little nervous because of the star force issues that I had been hearing about.....

 

Well those things turned out for me to be somewhat overstated and I was able to reinstall (i had saved my system spects as per the install instructions) ans this was without useing any of my turns..... Whew!!!!

 

But now I've lost the sound in the training missions......

 

Could someone please point me into the right direction as to how I might retify this issue.....

Instructor voice is presented only in A-10 trainings.

To avoid that file corruption again or at least avoid having to reinstall lomac. When you install something with loman check that 'install using CDDS' box is off.

Ok Han thanks, but I don't have the VO for the A10 either......

 

And also will any VO be issued for the F-15 in the future?

 

That would really enhance the training in this simulator considerably, but I guess you guys most likely have disscussed this......

 

I imagine that it wasn't included was because of time factor and space issues (LOL).......

 

The training is done well anyway, even without voice overs......

FWIW, except for the A-10 training missions, I can't hear VOs either unless the files are completely outside of the Lock On directory. This has been true for me since last October during beta and is still true with a new computer. Weird but there you have it. So, if nothing else works, try this: Go into the Training folder and copy the VO folders along with the appropriate .TRK and .STB files to a folder outside of Lock On. Then open the appropriate track in the Misison Editor, select "Play Track" from the 'Flight' submenu, and hopefully you will then be able to hear the VO.
