Bad Boy Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 (edited) Hi all, this is the level of service after sent them money and proof of payment. Who care that their DB is intact?:mad::mad: --------------------------------------------------------------- From Bad Boy at 20.11.2010 04:38:20 Dear ED, I bought in 16 december 2008, a copy of BS with this serial n. *****-********-******-*******-****** I found the e-mail with the transation code: The unique reference for this transaction is: @@@@@@@@@@@@@ Now I've tried to install again in my just formatted computer and starforce said to me that: The number of activations allowed by your Serial Number is exceeded. Please contact the product publisher. So, I've installed ony one copy and ONLY on my pc, so only one activation? If in your database, there is someone that have my same serial, he's a thief, tell me what I've to do to demonstrate that I'am the legal owner of this serial number. ---------------------------------------------------------------- [ Quote ] From Tez (Alexander Sobol) at 26.11.2010 09:43:01 Greetings, Our data bases are all intact. We are not responsible for serial numbers. ------------------------------------------------------------------- [ Quote ] From Bad Boy at 26.11.2010 12:57:07 So what?!?? I gave you the ID of transaction, my serial number, in your "intact" database you have my transation and the only thing you can say is that you are not responsible for serial numbers? What kind of service is that?? I didn't just say that I have gift any of my activation to someone, I'm asking, it's my right, to have my other 6 activations. Even if, for example, I used all my 7 activation because I chaged HW, I have the right to have others, I payed for a software, not limited. I hope that I haven't to discuss again my rights and don't wait much more than 48 hours for a reply. Duke49th Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 Why you not simply ask for a new serial? Tez (Alexander Sobol) could give you a new one. But you need to ask for it. If you just contact the support to discuss then you will not get a new one. Just tell the support that number of activations is exceeded and you need a new one. And by the way..afaik it is Starforce that is responsible for the serials because its their system and database. Just don't discuss furhtur now..simply ask for a new serial and you will see that you get a new one. You will see. If not..well then its your absolutely right to complain. But u will get a new one...dont worrie. Edit: Whats that line below? It appears always when I save my post...??
