Questions on the Options Menu

Just downloaded A10 and had some questions on the options menu.

 

I have 2 monitors with the main monitor in front of me and my second monitor to my left. I am running the main monitor at 16:9 wide screen.

 

Questions:

 

1. I notice that I have a choice of 1 or 3 monitors or mfd. What does the 3 monitor choice do? how can I edit it for only 2 monitors?
   
2. what does the mdf choice do? I have the TM MFD's so will this choice put the MFD's on my second monitor so I can use the TM stuff? How?
   
3. On the lower right part of the options screen are some choices. What do they do?
   
4. I am having a little problem with my ch gear but it is to soon to ask any questions
   
5. Do you have to edit some files like we had to do in Black shark to set up 2 monitors?
