F18 mod

I notice the the F18 in some of the screenshots posted on the

Flaming Cliffs website,but it is not a flyable plane in the game.How

can I fly that plane in the game. :)

Open the MEInit.xml file, then change humancockpit="no" to humancockpit="yes". You will have a Su-27 cokpit though but the exteriour will be F-18.

Thats a pretty big file.Is there better way to locate the humancockpit file.

Yes! Go to the Search Funktion in the Editor and search for humancockpit.

At least you have to look right to humancockpit in the same Line. There is the name of the plane that you will change in flyable. Then search for F18.....or probably try to search in the Editor for F18....i didn´t try that...

I tried it,but no good.Maybe I`am missing something.I found humancockpit and and

everything with F18 in it.Change no to yes in humancockpit,tried the game flying

the su-27 but no change.

No, you have to fly an f-18. Select a f-18 and set the skill to player in the editor.

Hey thanks Nate, problem solve.Go to 1# Fast battle planner ,2# choose USA, or USA for me.3# Choose intercept 4# chose player 5#After chosing your other options hit

fly and your in the F18. I hope this help others who where having the same problem.
