what is going on here....with the log in i have no problem but what about my serial key in my payments history IT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE..what i have to do to find it again:helpsmilie::helpsmilie:

Also cannot play multiplayer with A10C...invalid serial key what is wrong

I have the same problem. I opend a ticket with an email because I can't login to my account anymore. I heard about a database maintenance over x-mas weekend, could that be the the reason?

I cleared all my cache history, it fixed the problem instantly.

General advice is to recover password and login via password recovery form. I'll look for your emails.

 

It's a good idea to enter one by one all emails to which accounts were registered to.

Hi Tez. I tryed already to use the recover password form, but when I put in my login "pikas" I did't get an email, when I put in my email address I got a email with the wrong login (gneubauer or PikAs1) . I think my account has no or the wrong email address assigned. I bought already DCS A10C and DCS BS and don't want to loose the game licences I already purchesed.:helpsmilie:

pikas PikAs1 is your renamed account of DCS web site. It was renamed because your LO account used another email address and thus they weren't merged in one.

 

So if one gets his login name with 1, 2 or even 3 in the end, please don't get surprised.

I can log without anyproblem with my regular user and password, the problem is the payment history is empty and I'had bought DCS:Ka-50 and FC2 in the past. It shows in both DCS and FC2 websites "No information or you have not bought any product yet.".

Ok, tried adding a 1 or 2 at the end of loging name and got mixed results:

 

Adding 1 I get DCS:Ka-50 in the payment history but not FC2

Adding 2 I get FC2 in the payment history but not DCS:Ka-50

 

What should I do?

not working for me =( password reset failes to resolve. tried everything.

 

Ticket is open but no response :cry:

Btw ive deleted all cookies and internet history. Still nothing. Glad im not the only one having issues, suprised at the lack of response from ED. Had ticket open for 48h already =(

 

Please for the love of god help us ED
