timothea Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Hi all, I am using TrackIR version 5.1 beta 3 with A-10C beta 4. In TrackIR I have created a profile with name "Custom". The keys to center and pause TrackIR are remapped to "SHIFT <" and "<". I think these keys are not used in the sim. Profile is set to "exclusive" As soon as the sim is running (TrackIR right led is on) the keys do not work anymore. Even the default keys "F9" and "F12" do not work. Does anybody can give me some advice how I can get the keys working in A-10C sim? Any help very much appriciated. Cheers, Timo
MTFDarkEagle Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 If you'r in the sim, alt-tab out of it, and have a look at what profile is actually activated.. I think this is the problem. JonK Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I found that in Win7 I had to run TrackIR as Admin to get the keys to work.

timothea Posted January 9, 2011 Author Posted January 9, 2011 Thanks to all who responded to my question. Special thanks goes to Jonk. Running TrackIR as admin user did the trick. The first time I started the sim with TrackIR as admin user A-10Cs controller configuration got messed up - there were no keyboard inputs anymore... I got that resolved as well. Thanks again. Cheers.
