JeffC Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 I have gotten free track to work in DSC A10C but I cannot get it to work in FC2. In the options/controls there is tracker ir but all fields are blank. I have ran and updated through trackerirfixer but still nothing. When starting FC2 it had a box come up and say tracker software installed and asked for a name.
LtFransky Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 That just means it wants to add a profile for LOMAC. Name it and then you can drag and drop out of the default folder so the profile will auto-load. You have to go to axis commands in order to see the settings for track ir/freetrack. Check to see if you have a key set for "activate track ir" (or something like it) it's possible you need to turn it on in game. Try rerunning the fixer (doublecheck the location). If it worked in A10, it should be fine in LOMAC Ours is not to reason why, but rather to do and die. A man walks into a zoo. The only animal in the entire zoo is a dog. It's a shitzu
mig29 Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 (edited) Yesterday I was finally successful in setting up freetrack with FC2 :smartass:. Please put your queries and I'll try to provide firsthand solutions. I used the cheapest logitech webcam. IR filter removed (but not necessary). No IR pass-filter (photographic film) used. LED configuration used was the 3-point-clip (I'm not comfortable with putting my headphone over a cap ). Used the latest release of TrackIrFixer. No PPjoy required. One problem I observed was with the v-sync. Overall Experience was amazing. Edited March 20, 2011 by mig29
combatace Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 You need track IR fixer for FC2. FT will work only with x86 version and not x64 version of A-10C. To support my models please donate to paypal ID: hp.2084@gmail.com https://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists/hero2084?referral=hero2084
