I have a set of the ehr-3 with the 2.5mm pitch. That's the ones on Amazon. The ones in the Warthog are even smaller. The C-C measurement of the pins is only about 1mm and the pins are only 0.3mm in diameter.

Hey @Hempstead As a follow up to this, I need to get some of the 3 pin connectors/pins that are used in the Warthog throttle. When I changed the bricked board, one of the connectors split. I thought that these https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01E5MZXIM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 were the correct ones, but they are way too big. Can you point me to the correct ones?

TM Cougar & CH magnetoresistive/ hall sensor kits

What do the internals of the Otto switch look like? Are they simply 4 tactile switches or something more sophisticated? Sent from my LG-H873 using Tapatalk -

Thanks for sacrificing your lungs for our entertainment. The replacement pots are excellent. I can't wait to see new hat switches. -
Hey Gus I'm very interested in this project. Do you have any updates on your progress?

Is the $99 US price for the pdf?

That's what she said :) -
Holy F@ck! 200 ft before the lights are visible? That is nuts! Is the computer flying that approach? It seems like the autopilot isn't disengaged until they hit the runway.
-
Wow. I like it. What are you using to simulate the Force Trim system? I'd be interested in knowing about the mechanism.
-
That would be fantastic
-
Great idea, but what sort of system would you need to coordinate all that action? The military version of ArmA runs on servers, and a single simulator for the CF-18 requires several banks of computers. Put it all together and I'm not sure the internet could even handle that much traffic.

TM Warthog Gimbal Broke and Not Avalable any More

How is it they supported the Cougar for years, but gave up on the Warthog? -
OK, I know I'm gonna get drilled for this, but here it is. I watched the video from the OP, and I have to ask: how is this different from the original FM? I understand that a whole bunch of data has been entered into the sim to recreate the Falcon. But, what do I see in the video that demonstrates it? I don't really know what I should be looking for, I guess. I don't have any real world flight experience, so maybe that's the problem. I had the same problem with the old Falcon 4 mods. The improved systems I could get my head around, but the "improved flight model" was never adequately demonstrated to me. I'm interested, but clueless.

I converted my TM elite pedals to a hall sensor to use with my cougar and it was simple. Using a Teensy 2.0+ (or the Bodnar board) and an allegro 1302 you should be able to get more than acceptable response. Here is a start. The only difference is the sensor. http://www.leobodnar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=223 As far as the sensor goes, you can use the body and post of the pot to accomodate the magnet and hall sensor. Gene Buckle over at SimHQ is the local evil genius in regards to that stuff. http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3653294/1 I'll post a picture of my version, when I get a chance.
