Conure Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Hey guys, I'm putting together a PC for my girlfriend out of my old parts, as she currently is running an old laptop and wants something a bit quicker. Anyway, the components are.. Q6600 @ stock 4gb DDR2 800mhz gtx260 @ stock 200gb 7200rpm HD Anyway, the issue is, the only spare PSU I have is 450 Watts on a generic quality PSU. Now I know if I was gaming/OCing I'd need a better PSU, however my girlfriend will never game, and the video card will only be in there to supplement watching movies/browsing the net and flash stuff etc. I'd presume with everything at stock and the graphics card purely fulfilling this role, I wont need a new PSU, what do you guys think? This includs a powered USB hub (4 port, I should have gotten the 7 port) 3x monitors TrackIR 5 3x CH items - fighterstick, throttle and pedals External hard drive 500GB 2 key boards G11 and G15 USB mouse External video card controller, with one of the 3 monitors running off of it * soon to be 2 Cougar MFD's I have a total of 9 USB devices and when I install the MFD's it'll be 11 1 i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED
