Nate Dogg Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 Is it just me or is nvidia having beta version leaked almost every week? Deffinetly not complaining!
Nate Dogg Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 I just gave them a go, with the A-10track ir track and the su-25t hunt track I used fraps and tested the same both ways and there was only 0.2fps difference between the 77.13 and the new 76.62. So its really not worth changing over. Basically no difference in IQ either in lockon.
Dutch60 Posted June 18, 2005 Author Posted June 18, 2005 Hi Nate Dogg, Are you running stable SLI system with these new drivers? i9 13900KS (H150i), RTX 4090, 64 GB RAM @ 6000 MHz CL30, TM Warthog HOTAS + MFD's, MFG Crosswind, LG 48GQ900, Valve Index VR, TrackIR 5, Win11 Pro x64
Nate Dogg Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 I haven't got two GT's yet i have only been testing with my brother gt when he hasn't been home. Wont buy the second gt for a while, as i only have a 17"crt so there isn't much point till i get a new screen that can do a higher res. Cheers
Dutch60 Posted June 18, 2005 Author Posted June 18, 2005 XTreme-G 77.62-HD Type 2 I also found and downloaded a tweaked version of these Forceware 77.62 beta drivers and I think I will give these a try. The tweaking was done by the XTreme-G drivers team and the are supposed to be tweaked for better performance and image quality so who knows let’s give them try. You can find and download them here http://www.tweaksrus.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=67&Itemid=41 You must select the XTreme-G 77.62-HD Type 2 version. i9 13900KS (H150i), RTX 4090, 64 GB RAM @ 6000 MHz CL30, TM Warthog HOTAS + MFD's, MFG Crosswind, LG 48GQ900, Valve Index VR, TrackIR 5, Win11 Pro x64

Force_Feedback Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 I won't download an pther driver ever, since I got 77.13, I never get hard lock ups anymore in lomac (the rendering just stops, no cpu activity, no HD, and the sounds keeps buzzing the same tone). I'm soo happy that I even started playing lomac more, and not one lockup so far. I had a lock-up 2 times every day, but now, I'm 1.5 weeks lock-up free. 77.13 rules. I know, it was a useful comment...:D Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
Nate Dogg Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 Did you get some good results with the XG drivers dutch60?
Dutch60 Posted June 20, 2005 Author Posted June 20, 2005 Yes the work OK (also in SLI no BSOD) and the FPS and image quality are good. I get one or two FPS more with these 77.62 XG drivers than with my previous 77.30 drivers. i9 13900KS (H150i), RTX 4090, 64 GB RAM @ 6000 MHz CL30, TM Warthog HOTAS + MFD's, MFG Crosswind, LG 48GQ900, Valve Index VR, TrackIR 5, Win11 Pro x64
