ReaperLV Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 So after watching tigershark's videos of how to build flight panel I decided to build one :) I went to groovygamegear, found this thing http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=76_81&products_id=235 Now guys I have question : Do they ship items to this tiny little country called - Latvia ? Sokol1_br Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Seemingly they don't sell to "rest of the world" (like some Latin American countries...), Latvia include... Try http://www.leobodnar.com/ Sokol1_br
TigersharkBAS Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Not true. They shipped to me in Switzerland. I'm sure Latvia is not a problem. LeLv30_Superbus Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 And if they don't, get a Leo Bodnar BU0836X card instead, the main difference is spring-loaded push-in connectors vs. screw terminals. Both are just as easy to connect. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Click to view pictures of my deskpit
TigersharkBAS Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Also not true. Well..I mean...that is a difference. But possibly the most significant difference between the two is that the GP-Wiz does not use a matrix, and each input has it's own pin on the chip and you don't need diodes to prevent ghosting. LeLv30_Superbus Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 BU0836X does not use a diode matrix. The non-X version does. Each input has its own +5V and GND. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Click to view pictures of my deskpit
TigersharkBAS Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 My bad. Apologies. LeLv30_Superbus Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Absolutely no problem, TigersharkBAS. Good job with the video tutorials, byt the way. I was thinking someone should do something like that and I felt bad for not having the time to do it myself. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Click to view pictures of my deskpit
RandyT Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Now guys I have question : Do they ship items to this tiny little country called - Latvia ? We do now ;). My apologies for omitting Latvia. Thank you, TigerShark, for calling attention to the GP-Wiz in your very nicely done videos! RandyT
